It is Calie Jean’s intention to keep customers happy by providing jewellery that is made with high quality materials.
If you feel you qualify (as per below) for a refund or exchange, you must email info@caliejean.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
Please choose items carefully, as we reserve the right to refuse to give
refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where the item you receive is:
• faulty beyond normal wear and tear, or
• has been incorrectly described.
If you feel you qualify for a refund, you must email
info@caliejean.com.au within 7 days, and Calie Jean will provide you
with an address to which the goods, along with acceptable proof of
purchase, should be posted within 7 days, at the cost of the buyer.
If you would prefer, as an alternative to a refund, we can arrange for the item to be exchanged or repaired.
Calie Jean does not accept responsibility for any items that are not
returned in new and unused condition or that have not been returned
within 7 days of receipt of the item. Items must be in new, re-sellable
condition and Calie Jean reserves the right to refuse to give a refund,
exchange or credit for an item that has been sent back used and/or in
damaged condition.
Please note that, in the interests of health and safety, earrings are
not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit unless the item is found
to be faulty beyond normal wear and tear.
All quotations provided by Calie Jean are given without any obligation
and are valid for acceptance by the customer for 30 days from the date
that Calie Jean provides the quotation, or as otherwise agreed in
writing. For quote requests, the final design must be approved by the
customer in writing. After that time, any further alterations to the
order required by the customer will incur additional fees. There is
strictly no exchange, credit or refund on quote requests unless the item
is faulty beyond normal wear and tear.
