Payments are only accepted via PayPal and prices displayed on the Calie Jean website are quoted in Australian Dollars.  Once payment has been accepted, you cannot cancel or vary your order unless otherwise arranged in writing with Calie Jean.

To ensure your purchase is safely delivered to you, Calie Jean will send your purchase via registered post only.  Goods will generally be shipped in 2 working days following receipt of order. With the other option of Express Post Platinum delivery in Australia, you can receive your goods within 3 working days. 

Calie Jean will take the utmost care when posting your order. All items will be delivered in a gift box and will be carefully wrapped in a padded postage bag for delivery.

Calie Jean accepts no responsibility or liability for any fees incurred by you from your financial institution as a result of your purchase on the Calie Jean website.  Please note, postage fees for your order are disclosed and agreed to at point of sale.

Unless otherwise specified in a quotation, the price specified for an item is inclusive of GST.

As Calie Jean does not mass produce items, supply of certain items may be limited.  

Please note that descriptions and images of items can change at any time without notice.  It is also important to note that colours may vary on different monitors and sizes of the images displayed on the website do not reflect actual size of the item.  The size of the product is outlined in the product description. It is important to note that the silver and gold materials used in the jewellery pieces are high quality plated metal products.  If the buyer wishes something to be made in sterling silver or 14 carat gold plated, a quote request must be submitted to Calie Jean.

Any and all of the copyright and other intellectual property and proprietary rights, whether registered or unregistered, and whether arising by legislation, law or any other manner in or arising out of, the goods shall be and remain the sole property of Calie Jean.

The obligations of Calie Jean shall in all circumstances be limited to the replacement, repair or supply of equivalent goods or the payment of the cost thereof, or crediting of that amount.  You agree to indemnify Calie Jean against all loss suffered or incurred by you arising out of the use of the goods, which is caused by negligent or wilful act or omission, product modification or alteration.

Calie Jean is not liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you or by any other person as a result of use of the website or as a result of reliance on any information presented on the site.

Calie Jean reserves the right to alter any information on the website at anytime without notice.
